Education:
BS in accounting or finance; CPA not required
Skills and Experience Required:
- MS Dynamics GP Modules: general ledger, financial reporting, accounts payable. Inventory a plus but not required
- QuickBooks
- Experience with light industrial manufacturing accounting. Cost accounting education a plus
- Familiarity with intercompany transactions. Recording intercompany journal entries and reconciling the related intercompany general ledger accounts
- Experience and familiarity with California multi jurisdiction sales taxes applied on customer invoices and related sales tax filing and payments on CDTFA website
- ADP WorkForce Now
- Excel
- Word
- Comfortable working with PDF and other types of electronic files
- Experience and comfort transitioning from paper environment to paperless over the next year
- Familiarity and experience with AI assisted automated accounts payable procedures using a 3rd party service
- Experience with processing payroll using ADP Workforce Now
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from doctors and employees

- Comfortable using Teams or Zoom for meetings and communications with other employees
- Must be authorized to work in the United States

- Willingness to Accept Feedback: Be able to accept feedback and correction without dispute from fellow co-workers and Management.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication. You must feel comfortable and professional speaking with other Technicians and Managers.
