Manufacturing HR Generalist - Payroll, Talent & Compliance

At Motherson Group, Integrated Assemblies division invites an experienced HR professional to join our manufacturing operations in Chattanooga, TN. You will serve as primary HR resource for employees and leaders, advising on policy, employee relations, investigations, payroll, benefits, and compliance. We seek a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and 3+ years’ experience in manufacturing, with hands-on proficiency in HRIS/payroll systems such as ADP Workforce Now or SAP. #J-18808-Ljbffr Motherson Group
