Contract Administrator

Our client, a commercial architectural firm in Florida, is looking to add a Contract Administrator to their Orlando team. The salary is between $55k - $75k, depending on experience plus a competitive vacation and benefits package. They are hiring a Contract Administrator to assist with the smooth execution of architectural projects through the construction phase. You’ll work closely with our internal team, consultants, and general contractors to ensure timely communication, documentation, and follow-through on site-related tasks. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being hands-on during construction, has strong attention to detail, and excels in fast-paced environments. If you have: 3+ years of experience in construction administration, architecture, or related field Background in retail, commercial, or large-format construction preferred Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple active projects Excellent communication and coordination abilities Familiarity with construction drawings and documentation processes Experience with Procore or other construction management software is an asset Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for site visits #J-18808-Ljbffr Recruitment By Design
