Job PostingOur client, a world leader in semiconductors, is looking for a Senior Payroll Analyst based out of Milpitas, CA. Job Duration: Long-Term Contract (Possibility Of FT Conversion) Company Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Paid Sick Leave, 401K Summary: In this role, you will be managing bi-weekly payroll processing for a large employee population. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with ADP WorkforceNow, Workday, and multi-state payroll while ensuring payroll accuracy, tax compliance, and excellent employee support.Responsibilities:Process bi-weekly payroll accurately and on timeReview timesheets, deductions, taxes, and payroll adjustmentsMaintain payroll records in ADP WorkforceNowProcess new hires, terminations, and leave of absence transactionsAudit Workday payroll interface dataResolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiriesPrepare payroll reports and reconciliationsPartner with HR, Finance, and Benefits teamsEnsure compliance with federal and state payroll regulationsRequired Qualifications:10+ years of payroll processing experience in a mid to large size organizationStrong experience with ADP WorkforceNow (required)Workday HRIS experienceKnowledge of multi-state payroll, payroll taxes, and wage & hour regulationsPreferred:CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) or FPC (Fundamental Payroll Certification) is a plus.If interested, please share your updated resume at View email address on click.appcast.io / View email address on click.appcast.io.
