What You'll Do

• Provide obstetric and gynecologic care in a clinic setting
• Conduct patient rounds for labor, delivery, and postpartum care (~30 mins to 1 hour daily)
• Manage call support for hospital unassigned/assigned cases (on-call duties 1:3 ratio)
• Document patient interactions accurately in the electronic health record
• Support patient assessments via phone calls and record reviews outside of on-site hours
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure patient safety and quality care

What You Need

• Valid Washington State medical license or IMLC
• Clean malpractice history
• At least 2 years of obstetrics and gynecology experience preferred
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

About the Assignment

This assignment involves providing comprehensive OB-GYN care in a well-established clinic. Clinicians will participate in scheduled patient visits, labor and delivery rounds, and on-call responsibilities, supporting a multidisciplinary healthcare team in a busy hospital setting. Flexibility to work remotely during call hours is permitted, with documentation necessary for billing and compliance purposes.
