The Medicus Firm has partnered with USA Health in Mobile, Alabama looking for a visionary physician leader to build upon a newly opened 26 bed Pediatric ED, and shape pediatric emergency care for the population exceeding one million residents.

- Academic appointment and compensation commensurate with experience and rank, with a base salary starting at $300,000+ , recruitment incentive, and additional compensation opportunities for extra clinical shifts
- Unique opportunity to develop and launch a Pediatric Emergency Medicine Fellowship while mentoring residents and future physician leaders
- Protected administrative time to focus on strategic growth, faculty development, operations, quality initiatives, and program expansion

Qualifications
- MD or DO with board certification in Pediatric Emergency Medicine
- Eligibility to obtain medical licensure in Alabama
- Academic rank preference of Associate or Full Professor
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills.
