Lead the next era of Pediatric Emergency Medicine on the Gulf Coast.

The Medicus Firm has partnered with USA Health in Mobile, Alabama looking for a visionary physician leader to build upon a newly opened 26 bed Pediatric ED, and shape pediatric emergency care for the population exceeding one million residents.

Academic appointment and compensation commensurate with experience and rank, with a base salary starting at $300,000+ , recruitment incentive, and additional compensation opportunities for extra clinical shifts
Unique opportunity to develop and launch a Pediatric Emergency Medicine Fellowship while mentoring residents and future physician leaders
Protected administrative time to focus on strategic growth, faculty development, operations, quality initiatives, and program expansion

Qualifications

MD or DO with board certification in Pediatric Emergency Medicine
Eligibility to obtain medical licensure in Alabama
Academic rank preference of Associate or Full Professor
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills.
