Patient Services Specialist | Clinic Front Desk

Forefront Dermatology

Forefront Dermatology in Oconomowoc, WI is seeking a Patient Service Representative to handle patient check-in, update personal and insurance data, manage a multi-line phone system, filing medical records, and collect co-pays and payments.

Responsibilities include opening/closing clinic duties, greeting patients, scanning documents, maintaining the waiting area, managing appointments, and assisting with inventory and cosmetic product sales. Strong customer service and multitasking are essential.
