HVAC Commercial Service Manager

As we continue to grow, we seek a highly skilled and experienced Residential and Commercial HVAC Service Manager to join our team and lead our service department. As the Residential and Commercial HVAC Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our HVAC service department. Your role will involve a combination of technical, managerial, and administrative duties to ensure our service team's smooth and efficient operation. Key Responsibilities Manage daily operations of the HVAC service department, including scheduling, dispatching, and monitoring technician performance. Provide technical support and guidance to technicians, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their needs are being met and they are satisfied with our services. Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential sales opportunities and provide technical expertise in the sales process. Experience in budget management and financial analysis. Ability to analyze data and implement actionable improvements. Monitor inventory levels and order equipment and materials to ensure efficient service delivery. Train and mentor new HVAC technicians, providing them with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to improve our services and operations continuously. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in the HVAC industry, with at least 2 years in a management or supervisory role. Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, including installation, repair, and maintenance. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team. Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Customer service-oriented mindset with a track record of ensuring customer satisfaction. Familiarity with industry regulations and safety standards. Valid HVAC technician license and driver’s license.
