Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current SLP-CCC certification
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
• Previous experience in a school setting is beneficial
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Ability to manage a caseload split between two elementary locations

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and deliver therapy to elementary students across both sites
• Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and parents to address students’ speech, language, and communication challenges
• Maintain accurate records and progress reports in compliance with school and state requirements
• Provide support, resources, and guidance to educators and families regarding students’ speech-language needs
• Participate in professional development and contribute to a collaborative, supportive team environment
