IP - Trademark and Copyright Junior to Mid-Level Associate

In the Washington, D.C. office, Hogan Lovells US LLP’s Intellectual Property Practice seeks a junior to mid-level associate attorney with a minimum of two years of experience in trademark and copyright matters. Qualifications At least two years’ experience with U.S. trademark and copyright litigation. Experience in TTAB proceedings and U.S. and international trademark prosecution. Knowledge of trademark portfolio management, enforcement, clearance and counseling. Strong written and oral communication skills, excellent legal research ability, and teamwork. Compensation Expected base salary range: $235,000 – $310,000 per year. Additional compensation may include annual performance bonuses and discretionary bonuses.
