Director Of Admissions and Marketing

Are you a relationship-driven healthcare professional with a passion for growing census and making a difference in the lives of seniors? Garden Park Care Center is seeking an experienced Director of Admissions & Marketing to lead our admissions efforts, strengthen community partnerships, and drive occupancy growth. What You’ll Do Develop and maintain strong referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and community partners. Coordinate and manage the admissions process from referral through admission. Conduct facility tours and provide exceptional customer service to prospective residents and families. Work closely with the clinical team to ensure timely admission decisions. Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase referrals and occupancy. Represent the facility at networking events, community outreach opportunities, and healthcare meetings. Track referral activity and maintain accurate marketing and admissions data. Collaborate with facility leadership to achieve census and revenue goals. Qualifications Previous admissions, marketing, business development, or healthcare sales experience required. Skilled Nursing Facility or Long-Term Care experience required. Candidates without this experience will not be considered. Established referral network within the Cincinnati healthcare market is a plus. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities. Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with PointClickCare (PCC) or similar healthcare software is a plus.
