Hotel Banquet Server - $18/hr

HSS is looking for energetic and dedicated Food & Beverage Staff to join our team! We are currently hiring for event banquet staff. Please see below. Candidates must have a friendly and professional demeanor, work well in a team, and be comfortable on their feet for several hours at a time.

Compensation:

The pay range for this position is $18hr . This range represents the minimum and maximum pay that Hospitality Staffing Solutions reasonably and in good faith believes it will pay for this role at the time of posting.

Requirements:

• Must have the legal authorization to work in the United States
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Should have at least 1 year of F&B experience as banquet server.
• Willing to work on weekends and holidays.
• Willing to do heavy lifting.

Responsibilities

• Set up workstations with all need tools.
• Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served
• Ensure all food and other items are served properly.
• Check quality of ingredients
• Monitor stock and place orders when there are shortages

Skills

• Proven experience as banquet server.
• Great guest services experience.
• Experience working in a fast work environment.
• Ability to work in a team
• Very good communication skills
• Excellent physical condition and stamina
• High school diploma or equivalent; Diploma from a culinary school will be an advantage.
