Full-Time Production Associate

Role Overview: As a production associate, you will be trained in assembling windows using tools and automated equipment, such as drilling, measuring, cutting, and operating saws. You will read visual and written instructions, communicate effectively in English, and work closely with supervisors to troubleshoot mechanical or material issues. Crosstraining across multiple departments adds variety and opportunities for increased earnings. Key Responsibilities Build products in a clean, climate-controlled environment prioritizing safety. Follow instructions and work collaboratively with team members. Participate in troubleshooting and quality checks. Adapt to different roles within the production process. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent (preferred). Strong communication skills, both written and oral. Ability to work physically throughout the day in a team setting.
