Head Baker – Charlotte’s The Head Baker will lead Charlotte’s daily bakery and pastry production, ensuring consistent quality, efficient execution, and thoughtful presentation. This position will oversee breads, viennoiserie, pastries, and desserts for the café while supporting wholesale production for The Whit and Copper Vine. Key Responsibilities The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong technical skills, excellent organization, and the ability to train and manage a team in a high-volume production environment. What We’re Looking For Professional appearance and strong communication skills Punctual, self-motivated, and organized Strong sense of urgency and time management Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure Adaptable, patient, and able to teach others effectively Thorough knowledge of recipes, specs, and kitchen responsibilities Ability to lead by example and maintain a positive attitude Scheduling Requirements This is a full-time position that will require very early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
