Job Description

We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to join our team! $43,000- $50,000. Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance. Bonus and PTO. Be in the middle of the action on a highly productive team!

Responsibilities:

Team Member execution and overall performance
Providing the ultimate experience for our customers
Ensuring our team is fully staffed and helping the team get better through ongoing training, development and coaching
Ensuring all food safety and sanitation standards are met and that all equipment functions properly
Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs

Qualifications:

Must have a passion for training and developing the team
Previous 2 years experience in restaurant management
Strong leadership qualities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and communication skills
Must have a food handler certificate and an ATC card
