Front of House ManagerAre you a hospitality-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment? We're looking for a Front of House Manager to lead our service team and deliver exceptional dining experiences every day of the week.What You'll Do:Lead, coach, and motivate servers, hosts, and bartendersEnsure outstanding guest service and resolve concerns with professionalismManage daily floor operations, scheduling, and labor controlsRun pre-shift meetings and maintain high service standardsPartner with the BOH team to ensure smooth executionMaintain cleanliness, organization, and brand presentationWhat We're Looking For:2+ years of restaurant management experience (full-service preferred)Strong leadership and team development skillsAbility to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekendsHigh energy, hands-on approach, and passion for hospitalityWe offer competitive pay, bonus potential, and opportunities for growth in a supportive, team-oriented environment.If you love creating great guest experiences and leading from the floor, we'd love to meet you!
