Locums NP - Family Practice Job Opportunity in Oregon

• 40 hours/week -- Mon - Fri with varied daily shift times
• 18 - 25 patients per day -- all ages, peds to geriatric
• Outpatient clinic -- FQHC setting
• EMR: OCHIN or Epic
• IUD placement required -- Nexplanon highly preferred
• Women's health and reproductive health experience required
• Experience with chronic health -- diabetes, hypertension, asthma
• Spanish bilingual preferred -- rural FQHC background a plus
