We specialize in customized, turn‑key solutions that ensure safe, secure, and reliable power distribution. Job Summary Assistant Production Manager located in Fontana, CA. Reporting to the Sr. Production Manager, the Assistant Production Manager is responsible for overseeing front‑line employees in an assigned department to ensure efficiency and quality in production operations. Responsibilities Oversees the daily workflow and schedules of the department. Might handle discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy. Identifies and corrects problems and inefficiencies in process, materials, equipment, or skills. Develops and implements procedures and strategies to ensure a safe work environment. Provides recommendations to increase productivity and efficiency of the department. Qualifications Associate's degree (Management, Engineering, Business) or related. At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory capacity (50 – 100 employees). Experience in industrial electrical industry (critical infrastructure). Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Benefits Full range of medical, dental, and vision plans.
