The Production Manager is responsible for leading day‑to‑day manufacturing operations within a designated production area, ensuring safe, efficient, and high‑quality execution across people, processes, equipment, and production schedules. This role partners closely with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Program Management, and Leadership to meet aggressive production goals while building scalable manufacturing processes and high‑performing teams. This position may support a variety of manufacturing environments including assembly, integration & test (AI&T), machining, fabrication, soft goods, and other advanced manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on operational leader with experience driving production performance within aerospace, defense, or similarly complex manufacturing environments. Key Responsibilities Lead daily production activities to ensure safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives are achieved Drive execution against production schedules and customer/program priorities Build, mentor, and develop manufacturing teams, leads, and supervisors Establish accountability and maintain a high-performance culture on the production floor Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Program teams to resolve manufacturing challenges Monitor production metrics, labor utilization, throughput, scrap, and efficiency targets #J-18808-Ljbffr Industrious Ventures
