DevOps Consultant - Accolite

Job Position: DevOps Consultant Location: Portland, OR Long Term Contract Note: Can be done remotely with some client site travel
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Impeccable communication skills and customer focus Understanding of Apache and Tomcat Understanding of Linux OS experience - BASH shell, Scripting, Package Management (YUM, YAST, RPM), OS configuration Good to have QUALIFICATIONS: Quick grasp of customer requirements and the ability to translate them into technical designs Freemarker, AspectJ, Maven, Soy closure templates experience Jive application installation/upgrade experience Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server, or Postgres experience Understanding of virtualization fundamentals Proficiency across the range of J2EE technologies, particularly the Servlet API, XML, JDBC, and LDAP Good understanding of the JVM and ability to troubleshoot (garbage collection, heap, threads) Struts 2, Spring, etc. Experience on the browser side (e.g. HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and AJAX).
