Facilities Coordinator

Aristoi Classical Academy is seeking a dependable, organized, and proactive Facilities Coordinator to help ensure our campuses remain safe, clean, functional, and ready to support our scholars and staff each day. This hands-on role works closely with the Facilities Manager and supports a wide range of campus operations, including: General facilities maintenance and repairs Custodial operations and campus upkeep Inventory, supplies, and equipment management Vendor coordination and service scheduling Work orders and facility requests Campus event setup and support Safety, compliance, and routine facility inspections What we’re looking for: High school diploma or higher education required Two or more years of facilities management, property administration, or related experience preferred Strong organizational and time-management skills Effective communication and problem-solving abilities Knowledge of maintenance procedures and safety practices Valid Texas Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record A commitment to integrity, reliability, and service Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM, with limited evenings or weekends as needed.
