A premier Sarasota firm is seeking a Senior Labor and Employment Attorney with deep ERISA experience and a portable book of business to lead and grow the firm's labor and employment offering. This is a strategic platform opportunity for a senior practitioner ready to expand their practice within a high-caliber, business-focused firm.

Key Responsibilities

Advise employers on the full spectrum of labor and employment matters including hiring, discipline, termination, classification, wage and hour, leave, and workplace policies
Provide counsel on ERISA, employee benefits, retirement plans, executive compensation, and related compliance matters
Represent clients in employment litigation, administrative proceedings, and dispute resolution
Draft employment agreements, severance arrangements, restrictive covenants, and workplace policies
Cultivate and grow client relationships, referral sources, and the firm's labor and employment footprint

Qualifications

JD from an accredited law school
Significant senior-level labor and employment experience
Substantive ERISA experience required
Portable book of business required
Florida Bar admission required
Strong reputation in the Florida employer-side L&E market
