A well-established Sarasota law firm is seeking a motivated Plaintiff Attorney with 2–5 years of experience to join its insurance litigation team. This role focuses on first‑party and third‑party insurance matters, advocating for policyholders in disputes involving coverage, bad faith, and related claims. Former defense and plaintiff‑side attorneys are both encouraged to apply.

Settlement‑based bonus structure

Full in‑office support staff and resources

Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery

Evaluate case value, liability, and strategy throughout the litigation process

Contribute to a positive, accountable in‑office culture

D. from an accredited law school

2–5 years of litigation experience (insurance defense or plaintiff experience strongly preferred)

Strong writing, advocacy, and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative in‑office setting
