Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search, a Hispanic Women Owned & Operated National Recruiting Firm together with our client, a nationally recognized full-service law firm, is seeking a litigation attorney with 7+ years of experience to join its Sarasota office.

The ideal candidate will have experience handling commercial litigation, construction litigation, and construction contract drafting, and will be comfortable independently managing matters from inception through resolution. Candidates should possess strong written and oral advocacy skills and have experience drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery, as well as taking depositions and handling dispositive motions.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of litigation experience.
• Experience with commercial litigation, construction litigation, and construction contract drafting.
• Ability to independently manage a diverse caseload.
• Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.
• Florida Bar admission in good standing required.
• Full-time, in-office position.
