Job Details

Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Litigation Attorney, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Handling a wide range of complex litigation matters, including civil litigation, defense litigation, and insurance defense.
2. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents with precision and attention to detail.
3. Representing clients in court, presenting evidence to defend clients or argue against the opposition.
4. Conducting thorough legal research to support case preparations and provide accurate legal advice to clients.
5. Collaborating with our legal team to develop effective defense strategies and ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.
6. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of current laws, regulations, and industry trends to provide the most accurate legal advice and representation.
7. Participating in trial practice, including jury trials, bench trials, and arbitration hearings.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Permanent Litigation Attorney position will possess the following qualifications:

1. Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a practicing attorney, with a focus on civil litigation, defense litigation, insurance defense, and trial practice.
3. A valid license to practice law in the respective state.
