Representing secured and unsecured creditors, debtors, and trustees in all aspects of Chapter 11 reorganizations and bankruptcy litigation. 2. Providing expert legal advice on insolvency and restructuring matters to clients, ensuring their rights and interests are well-protected. 3. Drafting and reviewing pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents in compliance with court rules and procedures. 4. Negotiating and mediating adversarial proceedings and contested matters to achieve favorable outcomes for clients. 5. Conducting thorough legal research and analysis on complex bankruptcy and business litigation matters. 6. Handling distressed debt transactions and advising on potential risks and opportunities. 7. Making regular court appearances, presenting cases effectively, and advocating for clients confidently. 8. Collaborating with other attorneys and legal staff to ensure efficient case management and client satisfaction. Qualifications The ideal candidate for the Permanent Bankruptcy Attorney position should possess the following qualifications: 1. Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school. 2. Admission to the state bar and in good standing. 3. Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Bankruptcy Counsel, Bankruptcy Partner, Restructuring Attorney, or a similar role. 4. Extensive knowledge and understanding of bankruptcy law, creditors' rights, commercial litigation, and business bankruptcy. 5. Proven experience in handling Chapter 11 reorganizations, adversary proceedings, contested matters, and bankruptcy litigation. 6. Exceptional negotiation and mediation skills. 7. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 9. Ability to manage multiple cases and work under pressure to meet deadlines. 10.
