Associate Attorney

Job Details Associate Attorney Location: Florida (company-based firm) Salary: $140,000 - $160,000 per year. Responsibilities The Associate Attorney will represent plaintiffs in construction‑related litigation matters from initial case assessment through final resolution. The Associate will argue motions in court, defend depositions, and draft pleadings. Qualifications Must have litigation experience. Trial experience preferred. Experience representing the plaintiff. Excellent writing, advocacy, and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Ability to manage a heavy workload with competing priorities.
