Construction Litigation Attorney

Litigation Associate

Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search, a Hispanic Women Owned & Operated National Recruiting Firm together with our client, a nationally recognized full-service law firm, is seeking a litigation associate with a minimum of 3–5 years of experience to join its Sarasota office and support matters throughout Florida.

The ideal candidate will have experience in construction and/or real property litigation and possess strong written and oral advocacy skills. Candidates should be comfortable drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery, as well as taking depositions and handling dispositive motions.

Qualifications:

• minimum of 3–5 years of litigation experience.
• Experience in construction and/or real property litigation preferred.
• Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to effectively manage and prioritize a caseload.
• Florida Bar admission in good standing required.
• Full-time, in-office position.
