Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Tampa, Florida

We are seeking a dedicated and caring Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team of professionals at Aviata at Fletcher in Tampa, Florida. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional, person-centered care to our residents while demonstrating our company’s core values of compassion, clinical excellence, and connection.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct care to residents and patients in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and life care standards in our skilled nursing home

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, personal hygiene, and mobility, prioritizing their wellbeing and ensuring their dignity and independence

• Provide care and support to residents, including assistance with daily tasks, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and companionship

• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition and status to ensure timely and effective care

• Participate in conducting rounds to monitor for hazards or incidents and provide assistance as needed

Required Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED

• Must be 18 years of age

• Florida CNA license

• Ability to read and communicate at an adequate level to perform essential job duties

• Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect

• Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner

• Caregivers must complete our new hire orientation
