XPO Teams

As an XPO Team, you’ll run dedicated routes between XPO facilities in 2023-built sleeper trucks equipped with microwaves and refrigerators.

Say goodbye to frustrating delays, as you’ll have access to our extensive network of 160+ fueling stations along the way. Additionally, our in-house, no-touch freight system means you’ll never have to wait at a customer site.

A typical work week will consist of 5 days on the road, followed by 2 days of well-deserved time at home. Schedules may occasionally vary based on network conditions.

Earn $0.974 per mile - Average $2,300/Week

Driver Team Requirements:

• Be a member of an existing team or have a teammate (co-driver) identified. Both members of the team must apply to this position
• Able to partner with another driver in a sleeper tractor on extended runs
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Have a valid Class A commercial driver’s license
• Have a working knowledge of vehicle safety and control systems
• Safe driving record and history
• Hold a valid DOT Medical Certification Card or pass a company-paid DOT physical
• Available to work away from home in a five-day work week
• Possess hazardous materials, tank vehicle and doubles/triples endorsements
