Strategic Workforce Planning Lead

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a Workforce Planning Partner (People Services) to partner with Business, Finance, and HR/TR leads. You will develop workforce plans, advise on profiles, locations, and budgets, and build scenario models in Workday HCM/HPA/Adaptive. You will ensure data integrity across HR systems and support major organizational changes with compliant processes. Ideal candidates have a degree and advanced HCM skills, with experience in Workday or SAP HR, strong Excel reporting, #J-18808-Ljbffr Scorpion Therapeutics
