Manager, Workforce Planning Partner

Position Summary: Workforce Planning Partner (People Services) responsible for establishing trusted relationships with Business Leads, Finance Leads, and HR/TR Partners to understand workforce strategies and plans During planning cycles and ensure accurate worker-life-cycle data integrations across HR systems. Key Responsibilities: Partner with Business, Finance, and HR/TR to execute workforce planning actions against approved workforce plans Advise on workforce choices (job profiles, locations, etc.) and related budget implications Build workforce scenario plans (new positions, terminations, adjustments, transfers) in Workday HCM/HPA/Adaptive; share budget implications Align on workforce plan finalization and facilitate approvals Coordinate with HR/TR and Total Rewards to ensure required job profiles exist in Workday Ensure integrity of workforce structural elements (e.g., supervisory organizations, company-location structures) Provide operational, analytical, and advisory support for complex employee data management Manage broad organizational changes (mass hiring, M&A integrations, workforce reduction events) Ensure restructures and worker exits follow global design and local regulations Create solutions for significant restructures/workforce changes, including separations Qualifications & Requirements: Degree required Advanced HCM technical skills; Workday HCM module or SAP HR experience (prefer 4–5 years in related roles) Advanced Excel and data reporting; ability to generate reports from Workday/SAP Knowledge of HR policies/processes and regional employment laws; understand workforce budgets Collect/analyze client needs; work in fast-changing complex environments Experience in multi-cultural/multi-country settings Business judgment, strong verbal/written communication Shared services experience preferred; HR specialty certification preferred Nice to have: Workday Adaptive; demonstrated use of AI in day-to-day work Benefits (if eligible): Health (medical/pharmacy/dental/vision), wellbeing support, financial wellbeing/protection (401(k), disability, life, insurance, legal support, etc.); paid time off and paid holidays; additional time off via eligibility. #J-18808-Ljbffr Scorpion Therapeutics
