Job Title: Customer Service Associate – Part Time Location: 643 US-46, Fairfield, NJ 07004, United States Starting hiring pay: $17.00 per hour Job Overview As an important part of our team, Customer Service Associates impact all areas of the customer experience. Your main priority is to provide great customer service in a fast‑paced, upbeat environment. Responsibilities Take orders in the drive‑thru, assemble orders, and deliver food to customers. Clean the dining room and maintain overall cleanliness of the restaurant, including tables and floors. Operate the point‑of‑sale system and process payments efficiently. Provide quick and friendly service to all customers. Lift and carry, push or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds. Kneel, bend, twist or stoop as required. Ascend or descend stairs. Reach and grasp objects, including above head and below waistline. Follow proper safety procedures when handling or preparing food. Collaborate with teammates to ensure continuity of service. Show up to scheduled shifts on time and remain scheduled for the shift. Multitask effectively under pressure. Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older. Previous customer service, retail, cashier, or restaurant experience is a plus but not required. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Team player, hardworking, courteous, enthusiastic, and dependable. Authentic, genuine, and takes pride in a job well done. Self‑motivated and takes initiative. Complies with company policies.
