About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Global Compensation Management. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development, implementation, and administration of a wide range of compensation programs. This role requires providing strategic direction and guidance to ensure that the compensation programs are in line with the company's philosophy, business needs, and regulatory requirements. The Vice President will also be involved in market benchmarking, analysis, and managing the annual compensation planning process in collaboration with the business and HR teams. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree, with a preference for a focus in business administration or finance, and at least 8 years' of progressive compensation experience. A strong business or financial background, analytical skills, and a comprehensive understanding of compensation practices are essential. The role demands extensive experience in rewards and recognition programs, as well as knowledge of federal and state compensation laws. The ideal candidate will be consultative, collaborative, and possess excellent communication, project management, and attention to detail skills. A compensation certification such as CCP or PHR/SPHR is highly desired.
