Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Otorhinolaryngology physician you will;  Be the sole architect of ENT care in Williston, North Dakota, leading and shaping the future of otolaryngology services for a vast underserved population. To be successful in this role you will; Be a  Board-Certified Otorhinolaryngologist with a strong entrepreneurial spirit, eager to establish and lead an ENT practice from the ground up. You should possess expertise in a broad range of ENT procedures and excel in a  collaborative medical environment . We are offering a generous base salary, a starting bonus, and relocation assistance, in addition to additional performance and production incentives who meet the eligibility requirements.

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution
• Board certification or eligibility in Otorhinolaryngology
• Active or eligible license in the state of North Dakota
• Strong clinical skills with experience in Otorhinolaryngology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care to patients and families

Situated at the confluence of the Yellowstone and Missouri Rivers, Williston, North Dakota, covers 23 square miles and is the county seat of Williams County. The City has grown 210% in size since 2010, jumping from a population of 12,120 to 29,160 as of the 2020 Census.
