Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our non-invasive cardiologist you will;  Lead and enhance advanced non-invasive cardiology services in Williston, ND, serving as a pivotal figure responsible for building, enhancing, and delivering comprehensive, state-of-the-art cardiac care. This unique opportunity allows you to  design your practice , from implementing advanced diagnostic techniques (e.g., echo, stress testing, nuclear cardiology) to developing robust patient management programs. Every day you will;  Deliver high-impact cardiac care within modern facilities to a robust patient panel with a diverse case mix, ensuring a challenging and highly rewarding practice. You'll work within a supportive, integrated medical network, fostering seamless collaboration with primary care providers, interventional cardiology, and other specialists. Beyond the clinic, you'll immerse yourself in a  dynamic, family-friendly hub with excellent schools and engage in world-class  outdoor recreation (fishing, hunting, boating, hiking, camping) along the Missouri River, enjoying breathtaking sunsets and vast open spaces.

To be successful in this role you will; Be a  Board-Certified Non-Invasive Cardiologist with a passion for designing and leading advanced cardiac care, driven by a desire for significant impact and continuous professional growth within a collaborative team. We are offering a generous base salary, relocation assistance, and additonal performace incentives to those who qualify.

• Schedule: Mon-Fri 8-5 PM; minimal call
• EMR: Allscripts-clinic; Meditech-hospital
• Patient Volumes: IP-minimal; OP/Clinic-150/month; New consult volume-40/month
• Generous base compensation $498,674
• Quality and production incentives
• Starting loan up to 10% of base compensation
• Paid relocation up to $12,000

Services/Procedures Performed

• Cardioversion
• Zio patches
• Stress tests
• EKG's
• Pacemaker interrogations
• Deactivating/reactivating pacemakers for MRI compatible pacemakers

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution
• Board certification or eligibility in Non-Invasive Cardiology
• Active or eligible license in the state of North Dakota
• Strong clinical skills with experience in Non-Invasive Cardiology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care to patients and families

The City has grown 210% in size since 2010, jumping from a population of 12,120 to 29,160 as of the 2020 Census. This prosperous community has managed its incredible growth issues with great success, and is the sixth most populous city in North Dakota.

Williston’s economy is built on oil, agriculture, and tourism. It is home to over 200 oil service companies. Several of the top ten oil service companies in the world have operations in Williston.
