Work Hours Available: 3pm – 3am or 3am - 3pm, with expected mandatory additional hours including weekends Location: 605 Territorial Dr Bolingbrook, IL 60440 Pay: Starting at $16.00 per hour based on experience/ skillsThe Assistant/Material Handler supports daily print and mail operations by staging jobs, moving materials and cleaning up production stations. This role is essential to maintaining workflow through our printing, inserting, finishing, and shipping departments. It is an entry level role that is very active on our manufacturing floor.What you will be doing:Load, unload, and stage paper, envelopes, inserts, trays, and finished mailPallet jack and roll cart operation in a fast-paced production environmentRead and interpret work tickets and production scheduleReport issues to SupervisorContinuously supply the correct materials to the appropriate machinesReturn unused production materials to assigned locationsTransport mail trays and pallets between production, QA, and shipping areas and manage recycling/trash removalWho you are:Experience in production, manufacturing, or warehouse setting preferredHave employment history of reliable attendance and punctualityAbility to work in a fast-paced production setting with strong quality standardsWork experience requiring staging production materials and safely moving large palletsAbility to operate equipment safely (pallet jacks, carts, wrapping equipment, etc.)English fluency (reading, writing, and speaking) required bilingual Spanish preferredAbility to read and follow job tickets, and written or verbal instructionsHigh School Diploma or GED (or equivalent combination of education and experience)Basic computer experienceSupervisory Responsibilities: None Work Environment: Position operates in a regulated manufacturing print/mail production facility Physical Demands:Stand and walk for up to 12 hours, with frequent bending, kneeling, and reachingMust be able to lift, push, or pull up to 50 poundsPerform repetitive motions in a fast-paced production environmentSecurity Clearance: Amsive is a Federal Contractor, and this position may require government security clearance for certain projects.
