Conduct makeup applications, skincare analyses and recommend products based on customer’s beauty goals Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all customers Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals, utilizing both in-store and digital selling tools (inclusive of text and social media) Manage the scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize business results Keep department customer‑ready through organization and cleanliness Keep up with the latest beauty trends, products, and industry knowledge through trainings provided by Nordstrom and luxury brand partners Manage sales, refunds, exchanges, and build customer loyalty by opening new Nordstrom Rewards program accounts You own this if you have... Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling Handle bulky and sometimes awkwardly shaped items, which includes reaching for and lifting these items above the head.
