Responsibilities:

Prepare surfaces for painting, including patching drywall and sanding.

Apply paint, stain, and other finishes to various surfaces with precision.

Install and repair drywall, ensuring a smooth and professional finish.

Measure, cut, and install trim and molding according to specifications.

Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.

Communicate effectively with clients to understand their vision and requirements.

Adhere to industry standards and safety regulations throughout all projects.

Requirements:

Proven experience in painting, drywall installation, and trim work.

Knowledge of various painting techniques and materials.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
