The Commercial HVAC&R Technician plays a crucial role in maintaining and servicing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems in commercial settings. Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC&R system malfunctions and inefficiencies
• Perform repairs and routine maintenance on commercial HVAC&R equipment
• Conduct testing and inspections to ensure systems meet operational standards
• Provide responsive customer support and communicate technical information clearly
• Maintain accurate documentation of service activities and system conditions
• Implement system upgrades to improve performance and energy efficiency
• Adhere strictly to safety procedures and regulatory standards during all tasks

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in commercial HVAC&R systems
