Required Qualifications Graduation from an accredited nursing program Upon hire: Texas Registered Nurse License Upon hire: National Provider BLS – American Heart Association Within 90 days of hire: National Provider NRP – American Academy of Pediatrics 1 year of RN experience Benefits Base pay range: $36.08 – $56.02 per hour Additional compensation may include shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
