Cedar Dental Care is seeking an experienced, dependable Treatment Coordinator who wants to grow into a key leadership position within a modern, established dental practice. This is not simply a front-desk position. You will guide patients through important treatment decisions, coordinate complex cases, and directly influence the success of both our patients and the practice.What You'll Do:Present treatment plans clearly and confidently.Explain financing and payment options.Follow up with patients who have unscheduled treatment.Coordinate Invisalign, implant, cosmetic, and comprehensive cases.Maintain accurate notes and follow-up systems.Help keep provider schedules productive.Create a warm, organized patient experience.Track case acceptance and treatment-conversion results.Collaborate closely with doctors and the front-office team.Career Growth:For the right person, this position can grow into a Lead Treatment Coordinator.
