Meador an Openwork Company is currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Billing Specialist with direct accounts receivable (AR) and billing experience for an opportunity in Deer Park, TX. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience processing invoices, managing billing documentation, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting accounting operations. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to utilize their billing skills in a professional office environment, with the potential for temp-to-hire.
Job Responsibilities- Prepare, process, and review customer invoices for accuracy and completeness.
- Perform billing and accounts receivable (AR) duties, ensuring transactions are entered accurately and on time.
- Maintain and update billing records, customer account information, and supporting documentation.
- Review invoices and billing information to identify discrepancies and resolve errors.
- Enter financial and billing data into company systems.
- Communicate with internal departments regarding invoice questions, billing discrepancies, and account information.
- Assist with filing, document management, and other accounting administrative tasks.
- Direct accounts receivable and billing experience strongly preferred.
- Previous experience processing invoices and maintaining billing records.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling financial information.
- Comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets, and computer systems.
- Good organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to identify discrepancies and follow up to resolve billing issues.
- Reliable, professional, and able to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay : $21 per hour
Schedule : MondayFriday, 8:00 AM5:00 PM
Assignment Type : Temporary, with potential for temp-to-hire
