Trauma-Informed Case Manager III
Heartland Family Service
Heartland Family Service in Council Bluffs is looking for a dedicated Case Manager to provide supervision in residential programs for trauma survivors, substance abuse clients, and victims of domestic violence. The role consists of responding to crisis calls and assisting with the basic needs of clients. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or a related field, along with a valid driver’s license.
