Registered Nurse (RN)

Salary & Sign‑On Hourly wage estimate: $36.50 - $55.25 per hour. $10,000 sign‑on bonus available to eligible new hires. Job Summary The Registered Nurse coordinates and delivers high‑quality, patient‑centered care in the Emergency Room, working with medical providers and the care team to provide individualized, compassionate care. The RN acts as an advocate for patients, families, and caregivers and models a commitment to the organization’s vision, mission, and values. Responsibilities include assessing patient pain, performing procedures and monitoring, documenting care, responding promptly to patient requests, teaching patients and families about conditions, treatments, and follow‑up, and translating medical terminology. The ER environment requires rapid reaction to changing conditions and the ability to move or change responsibilities at a moment’s notice. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing school; BSN desirable. Current RN license in Colorado or current RN compact license from another state for the first 180 days of employment. Current BCLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required; ENPC & NRP certifications preferred. 1‑2 years of acute‑care or specialty nursing experience. Previous critical‑care experience desirable.
