Key Responsibilities Participate in daily operations in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant. Respond immediately and respectfully to guests' needs. Assist in training new hires and set a positive tone for each shift. Act as a friendly and encouraging team player. Lead shifts, open/close the restaurant, and manage cash drawers.
