Job Description: We are seeking a Community Relations Director to lead sales for Assisted Living at The Springs at Beaverton, with 58 homes. In this role, you will be sharing with both prospective residents and the greater community all that we offer. You will be a resource for older adults and families seeking assisted living housing options. You will provide friendly tours to potential residents, follow-up with inquiries, guide seniors through the move-in process, and assist with special events. You will also be required to spend time off-site connecting with partners and developing relationships in the community. Responsibilities: Serve as a welcoming representative of the community for prospective residents, their families, referral sources, and the public, offering a positive, helpful, and compassionate experience Answer phone inquiries, engage with prospective residents, and assess their needs and qualifications Conduct tours to highlight the community’s services, lifestyle, amenities, and benefits Maintain accurate tracking records, schedule tours, send community brochures, and follow up with potential leads Attend business and community events to engage with referral sources, prospective residents, and their advisors Actively encourage prospective residents to reserve an apartment (close the sale) during each interaction Keep detailed records of reserved and occupied units to ensure smooth communication with staff Communicate clearly and effectively with all team members and potential residents Prepare and distribute timely, accurate marketing reports Maintain a strong understanding of the local market and effectively differentiate our community from competing options Conduct competitive analyses regularly, at least every six months, as needed Uphold and demonstrate the community’s mission and philosophy in all interactions Handle all prospective and current resident information with the utmost confidentiality Ensure the marketing area remains visually appealing, clean, safe, and professionally organized Address prospective residents' needs and desires creatively while respecting their dignity and offering choices Meet sales and marketing targets and contribute to achieving team goals Execute marketing activities on time and within budget as outlined in the marketing plan Qualifications: Proven senior living industry sales experience Willingness to learn Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, residents, employees and the general public Ability to build sincere relationships and serve as a resource to older adults in need Ability to close sales opportunities Ability to assist with the development of marketing strategies to compete within the local market Knowledge of competitive market strengths and weaknesses and ability to sustain this information to maximize sales and occupancy Ability to relate positively with networking sources and provide solutions for their referrals Assisted Living regulations knowledge preferred Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals Ability to prioritize, organize, and delegate assignments Benefits: Medical Insurance (zero co-pay for in-network counseling services & telehealth) Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Supplementary Insurance Options 401(k) Matching Employee Assistance Program Employee Discounts Flexible Spending Account Paid Time Off/Sabbatical Scholarships Leadership Training and Coaching Career Growth Equal Employment Opportunity The Springs Living, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
