As a Hospice Registered Nurse with our client, you will collaborate with the care team to provide outstanding patient care. You will support patients in Kansas City and surrounding areas, ensuring critical deadlines are met for charting. Key Responsibilities

- Provide management and delivery of patient care plans
- Collaborate with the care team
- Support patients in Kansas City and surrounding areas
- Meet critical deadlines for charting
- Associate degree or higher
- Hospice (2+ years)
- 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
- ElectronicMedical Record (EMR)
- OtherEMR
- TruChartEHR
- Valid RN Compact License
- ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
- RegisteredNurse (RN) in Missouri (MO)
- RegisteredNurse (RN) in Kansas (KS)
- ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
- AmericanHeart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
- AmericanHeart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS)
