INNIO employs over 5,000 people worldwide and is committed to moving energy forward.Purpose of Role:The Production Scheduler - Assembly is responsible for planning and coordinating assembly operations to support production targets, customer demand, and on-time delivery. This role works closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Materials, and other cross-functional teams to maintain efficient production flow, manage priorities, and resolve scheduling or material-related issues.Essential Responsibilities:Plan and control assembly schedules for designated production areas based on capacity and demand requirementsServe as a key interface between Master Planning, Assembly, Components and Material Planning to align schedules, priorities, and material availabilityCoordinate daily production meetings and support work order release and retrofit planningManage material shortages, production disruptions, and exception messages, including escalation of critical issues as neededSupport continuous improvement initiatives to enhance scheduling accuracy, material flow, and operational efficiencyQualifications/Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in Manufacturing, Production Planning, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field preferredExperience in production scheduling, production planning, manufacturing operations, or a related fieldExperience in working in a global matrix organization as a plusStrong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environmentAbility to quickly learn new systems, tools, and business processesProficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with ERP systems and production planning tools preferredGerman language proficiency a plusINNIO offers a great work environment, professional development, challenging careers, and competitive compensation.
