Key Responsibilities Act as a strategic enabler and trusted advisor to product leaders, translating complex financial data into clear, actionable narratives. Partner with product leadership to define, track, and identify operational levers to drive key product KPIs. Build rigorous, ground‑up financial models to evaluate the viability of new product launches and strategic investments. Drive the annual planning cycle for the product organization, ensuring strategic goals are aligned with financial realities and resource allocation. Design, maintain, and own dynamic financial and scenario models to support strategic decision‑making, long‑range planning, and KPI optimization. Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Accounting to ensure tight alignment on product strategy, business cases, and execution of operational goals. Qualifications 5‑7 years of progressive experience in FP&A, strategic finance, corporate finance, investment banking, equity research, or a related analytical role. Exceptional financial modeling skills using Excel/Google Sheets, with experience building complex, dynamic models from scratch for business cases and scenario planning. Existing knowledge of SaaS business models and metrics is highly preferred; candidates who can quickly learn new business models will be strongly considered. Highly adaptable with the ability to take abstract, ambiguous concepts or data gaps and translate them into structured financial frameworks and actionable insights. Highly collaborative with a "no task is too small" mindset, building strong, high‑trust relationships across departments and leadership levels. Strong executive presence and the ability to distill complex financial concepts into compelling narratives to empower and influence business partners. Highly self‑motivated and proactive, thriving as an individual contributor taking full ownership of deliverables and strategic projects. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field. Visa Sponsorship : Please note that this position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed below.
